What should I do if I have no water? What if it's a weekend?

"No Water" is an emergency, and we treat it like one. If you lose pressure at any time (weekdays, weekends, or after hours), don't panic, just call or text me. Getting your family's water back on is AskWill's number one priority. I will walk you through emergency troubleshooting over the phone, and if that doesn't solve the issue, I will be onsite to get your system running again ASAP.

What areas do you service?

We serve clients throughout Eastern Ontario, spanning from Brighton to Cornwall, and up to Bancroft and Ottawa South. Consult our service map for more information.

What is the cost of your water treatment services? Can you give me a price over the phone?

The cost varies depending on the type of service and system required. For standard services, I can give you an estimate over the phone. For more complex repairs/installs, we will need to stop by your home and conduct a free assessment. This ensures that we can provide an accurate price estimate that works with your budget.

Do you warranty your work?

Absolutely.  We build systems to last. I guarantee our installation work 100%.  If it leaks, we fix it for free.

Equipment: We only install professional-grade equipment (like Clack valves and Franklin Electric pumps) that carry strong Manufacturer Warranties (typically 3-5 years).  Because I am a Licensed Technician, your manufacturer warranty is fully valid and protected.

How do I pay for service?

We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer (preferred). For small service calls, payment is due after the job is completed. For larger installations (like a new Softener or Well Pump), a deposit may be required to order the equipment.
